I used to write. A lot. Then I got in the habit of not. Apologies for the lame rhyme.
Since that time, I have learned a lot about myself. I have also learned what has felt like an eternity of how not to do things (and how to do them). I have seen failure, and I have seen success. I have worked with big teams, and small teams. I have partnered with some amazing people, and some not-so-amazing people. It’s been fun.
I want to share these experiences with others, with the only way I know how: through words (and maybe a few pictures). I eventually want to turn this into a podcast. I just don’t want to stop writing.
Let’s Build Something
I want to build a community of engineering leaders. I’m completely inspired by the likes of John Cutler and Lenny Ratchitsky – who have both created amazing communities around product. I would like to do that, just with engineers who are customer and product centric, like myself.
This is for you if:
You are new to engineering leadership.
You are not new to engineering leadership, and want to level up.
You want to steer your career towards engineering leadership.
You want to join a community of other engineering leaders.
You are just looking to network with other engineering leaders.
Why Though?
I have been pretty fortunate to work alongside some amazing people, who have gone on to do amazing things. I want to find ways to give back, while I am still on this planet. In doing so, I hope to make a better place for other engineering leaders.
If this sounds as awesome to you, as it does to me. Join me.
